How much does it cost to join Dealicious?

Nothing! It's absolutely free to sign up and receive alerts about our irresistible daily deals,� plus all of our other bargains and discounts.

Why do you have minimum customer requirements to get deals?

Setting a minimum for each deal allows our featured vendors to offer such great discounts on their products and services. If only a couple of people opted in for a deal, the seller would lose money. But when lots of people come in, even if they are all getting discounted services, the vendor ultimately makes money. This is how bulk buy stores work. By selling things in bulk they make money, while you save money. This is what's called "social" or "group buying."

I want to get in on a deal but it hasn't reached the minimum. How do I get the deal?

Go ahead and click "Buy." When the minimum is reached, the deal will go live and you'll get it. Your credit card will not be charged until the deal goes live. In the meantime, share the deal with all of your friends using Facebook, Twitter, and e-mail. The more people you share the deal with, the faster the minimum will be reached!

How do I know how much time is left to buy a deal?

The remaining time to get in on a deal is displayed on the home page as part of the deal details.

How do you determine the minimum number of customers for each deal?

The vendor works with our sales team to determine how many customers are needed in order to have the deal benefit both the vendor and our customers.

What happens once there is no more time to buy the deal?

Once time runs out, the deal is over and you can no longer opt in on it. If you like a deal, make sure you buy it straight away - before it's over!

How do I get my voucher?

Deal vouchers will be available to print the day after the deal goes live. Go to "My Account" > "My Deals" and you can print out your vouchers.

There aren't any deals being offered in my city. When will you start offering deals in my city?

Dealicious will be coming to your town soon. The more people who sign up for Dealicious from your area, the sooner we'll be able to negotiate deals with the best places in your city. Sign up now for free and start referring all your friends too!

How safe is my personal information?

Is my e-mail address safe with Dealicious?

Absolutely! Dealicious prides itself on keeping all customers' information totally private and secure. We will not release your information to any third-party sites.

What if I buy a deal that isn't live yet?

If the deal is not live, your credit card will not be charged. Once the deal is activated by getting enough buyers, then we will charge your card. If the deal never goes live, your card will never be charged.

What happens if a merchant won't honour my voucher?

If a vendor refuses to honour a valid voucher please contact us immediately. We will resolve the issue by contacting the vendor or by issuing a credit or refund for the amount you paid.

What if I bought the wrong deal or change my mind?

Please choose carefully when you purchase your deal as we do not refund for change of mind purchases.

How much does it cost to join Dealicious?

Your credits can be redeemed against all Dealicious deals except special deals which we will do from time to time. When purchasing a deal your credits are automatically applied to reduce the price by between $1 and $25 depending on the deal price. Credit cannot be redeemed for cash.
